Attorney Richard Chambers helped me when the registry of motor vehicles would not; I purchased a used motorcycle from a well known motorcycle dealership on the North shore. I was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, School Zone Violations and Possession of a class A Substance. The Salem police alleged that I was guilty because they found a Kilo of cocaine in my car. Attorney Chambers represented me in the matter, we took it to jury trial and we won. The plea bargain offered by the prosecutor before the trial was that I would have to plead guilty to the above allegations and has to serve 2 years in jail, even though I had no criminal record. Mr. Chambers is an incredible attorney! He helped my husband and I gain back full custody of our children, when our chances were extremely low. After almost 3 years of fighting the court system and a long custody battle that ended in a trial with my biological parents, we got our girls back home safely where they belonged. Let me just say that this was no easy task as we had many false accusations being used against us in court and not to mention that my husband and I literally were broke!
